All five suites are on the first floor of the farmhouse and are reached via the characteristic outside staircase. Each suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and Wellmark toiletries. What is included in the price?
Included: a generous breakfast every day, use of the pool and garden, air conditioning and heating, bath and bed linen, a beach towel for the pool, free wifi via Starlink, free parking on our own grounds, and coffee and tea in the guest kitchen. The only extra you pay is the tourist tax of € 1.20 per person per night. Early check-in (before 16:00) is possible by arrangement for € 35.
The environment
Casale di Oto is set in the green hills of the province of Ancona, in the heart of Le Marche. The historic centre of Senigallia with the Portici Ercolani, the seafront and the beach is 3 kilometres away. From the B&B, Corinaldo is a short drive, Jesi and the Verdicchio wine region are close by, the Grotte di Frasassi are about three quarters of an hour by car and Urbino and San Marino are both about an hour away.
