Our house wine

Our house wine

On the terrace of Casale di Oto, enjoy the best Le Marche has to offer: views over the hills, tranquillity,

And, of course, a good glass of wine.

Thanks to our collaboration with a winemaker friend, we serve wines that really come from our area. Our B&B is located in the Classico area of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, allowing us to offer guests a wine experience that is totally local.

We serve a white Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (12.5 % alcohol) and a red Rosso Piceno (13 % alcohol) - two authentic wines from our immediate area.

When you are with us, during your stay, it is always possible to order a glass or a bottle. And if you want, you can even take a bottle - or better still, a box - home with you, so that the flavours of Le Marche evoke memories of your time at Casale di Oto at home too.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi
Our white house wine, the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, is made of 100% Verdicchio grapes and is a wonderfully supple glass from Le Marche. The wine is beautifully balanced, with a strong mineral finish that makes it particularly characterful. Its colour is a soft, light straw yellow hue - a delicate variation of the typical Verdicchio colour - which highlights the wine's freshness and elegance. The aroma is subtly floral and fruity. Our guests like to drink this wine as an aperitif on the terrace, for example together with a chip, a piece of cheese or an olive, or with a summer lunch, grilled fish or a plate of fresh pasta.

Rosso Piceno
Our house red wine, the Rosso Piceno, is a soft and fruity wine with notes of cherry and ripe red fruit. It is supple and well-balanced, making it particularly accessible and inviting to enjoy with any meal. This wine goes excellently with pasta dishes with rich sauces, such as a classic Bolognese, but also with grilled meat or local cheeses. Like the Verdicchio, the Rosso Piceno is liked on our terrace as an aperitif, for example with a chip, a piece of cheese or an olive. A delicious glass that reflects the warmth and tradition of Le Marche.
